BOOK SESSIONS PRIOR TO DECEMBER 18, 2025

As Publisher of the Ontario Labour Market Report and National Director of the Canadian Job Development Network, Christian Saint Cyr often speaks at public events or conducts training sessions on topics such as the changing labour market; trends in education and business; effective job development; insights into specific industries; and best practices in recruitment and retention.

Each year, Christian hosts the annual Ontario Labour Market Conference in June (18th and 19th) and the Ontario Labour Market Year-in-Review Workshops in December (5th and 8th). Christian also periodically conducts a training session titled: Labour Market 101, providing training tailored to each role: Case Managers; Facilitators; Resource Room Advisors; Job Developers; and Supervisors / Managers. He also delivers a workshop titled: 'Developing a Comprehensive Approach to Job Development' which provides specific strategies job developers can employ to achieve greater employment outcomes.

Many organizations ask Christian to tailor his training to provide professional development to their staff which factors in organizational priorities; unique staff activities; and pre-determined employment outcomes.

Each year, Christian conducts dozens of training sessions and public speaking engagements and regularly presents for: career professionals; employers; representatives of government; job seekers and students. His sessions have been incorporated into conferences; job fairs; staff development; course curriculum; and events to acknowledge special events such as Disability Employment Month.

 

Christian has also proven to be a dynamic keynote speaker and moderator for panel discussions, conferences and special events.
